The application for the payment of water service was a personal project to complement the use of the official page of the CEA, which, even after a redesign, was still complicated for the majority of its users according to one of their surveys.

​

The problem lies mainly in the large number of visual distractors that the page has, in addition to an excess of information and many navigation options that the average user generally does not use or understand .

Who is the user?
  • adults (boomers and gen x) with technological knowledge

  • young people starting to become independent  

  • millennials and gen z who grew up with technology

Using a hierarchical structure, the redesign of the web guides the user step by step  to carry out any action, avoiding distractions. The app revolves solely around  4 main activities,  these complete an experience focused on payment and customer movements.
